Ex steps in to mend Deepika's broken heart
No sooner did the news surface that Deepika Padukone and Sidhartha Mallya had parted ways, than rumour mills began suggesting a possible reunion of the actress with her former flame Nihar Pandya.
Deepika has reportedly rekindled her relationship with model- turnedactor Nihar, who has apparently been her source of solace in the wake of her break- up with Siddharth.
Nihar and Deepika dated briefly during their modelling days. It is alleged that the Desi Boyz star dumped Nihar as soon as she tasted Tinseltown stardom.
Nihar, an aspiring actor, has reportedly signed a film with Prashant Chadda, supposedly inspired by his relationship with Deepika.
Though Deepika and Siddharth have always remained tightlipped about their rumoured affair and break-up, the duo's earlier public appearances together and solo outings these days have been proof enough for the grapevine.
The 26-year-old actress failed to show up at junior Mallya's New Year bash, and he was also absent on her birthday party earlier this month. According to reports, the reason for the split is her ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, as she signed a film with her former flame, which irked Siddharth.
The 'Rockstar' actor has reportedly been sending gifts to Padukone too. He recently gifted a piano to her after he came to know about her interest in music.
It has been in the news that Deepika Padukone and Siddharth Mallya have called off their relationship; not that they have publicly acknowledged it!
Mallya has chosen Sonam Kapoor as the most stylish actress in Bollywood. 'Most stylish actress! I think Sonam dresses pretty well, but they all doll up pretty well, but Sonam looks pretty good,' Siddharth said here at the red carpet of an award ceremony. When asked about Deepika's style, the Kingfisher scion nonchalantly said: ''She has not got a bad sense of style either.'
